Space homogenous heating elements

Intention of the project is the development of a technology in order to embroider mineral plates with ductile filaments in bobbin threats (2 – fibre system) to produce electronic space homogenous heating elements. At the moment, the production of heating modules is made in manual mass production in Far East. The consequences are fabrication faults and missing flexibility due to long transportation routes and increasing transportation costs.

Potential possible application of the heating elements:

In the case of heating elements, which are requiring distance piles or gaps in the modules, the common used filament winding technology reaches his manufacturing limits. Due to the unwanted contours it is not possible to use optimal the module space. A radial guidance of the heating wires is limited. The reason for conflicts is the further miniaturization and an energy efficient utilization of the available module spaces.
